Add the Candlestick Forum to Your Whitelist.
What is a "whitelist"?

Some newsletters and business communications become mischaracterized as 'spam' and are blocked by spam filters. A white list is a list of email senders that you want to hear from. By adding Candlestick Forum to your whitelist, you will continue to receive timely information in the form of newsletters, daily market comments, and new product and service announcements.

First, add the address in the "From" line of your most recent Candlestick Forum newsletter to your address book. The address will be one of these:




Next, follow the instructions for your e-mail provider or software listed below.




If you're using AOL, you can ensure that your Candlestick Forum emails are delivered to your Inbox by setting your Mail Controls. Here's how:

  • Go to Keyword Mail Controls.
  • Select the screen name we're sending your Candlestick Forum newsletter to.
  • Click Customize Mail Controls For This Screen Name.

For AOL version 9.0: You need to add our sending address to your "People I Know" list.

  • Open your latest Candlestick Forum e-mail.
  • Click the Add Address button (over on the right) to add the Candlestick Forum newsletter to your "People I Know" list.
Send an e-mail to the Candlestick Forum newsletter "From" address, and that will add us to your "People I Know" list automatically.
  • Open your latest Candlestick Forum e-mail.
  • Copy the address in the "From" line.
  • Click the Reply button (it's in the top right corner).
  • A new email window opens with the wrong address in the "Send To" box.
  • Replace the address in the Send To box with the one you copied out of the From line.
  • Click Send Now (it's in the top right corner).
For AOL version 8.0: Select Allow email from all AOL members, email addresses and domains.

- Click Next until the Save button shows up at the bottom.
- Click Save.

For AOL version 7.0: In the section for "exclusion and inclusion parameters", include this domain:

To ensure that your Candlestick Forum newsletter is delivered to your Gmail Inbox (not the "Junk Mail" folder), you can instruct Gmail to filter it to your Inbox. Here's how:

Open your Yahoo mailbox.
  • Open your Gmail mailbox.
  • Click on Contacts.
  • Click Add Contact.
  • In the first field, labeled Name:, type in "Candlestick Forum newsletters" (without the quotation marks).
  • In the second field, labeled Email:, type in "newsletter@candlestickforum.com" (without the quotation marks).
  • Click on the "Add Contact" button.



To ensure that your Candlestick Forum newsletters are delivered to your Yahoo Inbox (not the Bulk Mail folder), you can instruct Yahoo to filter it to your Inbox. Here's how:


Open your Yahoo mailbox.
  • Click Mail Options.
  • Click Filters.
  • Next, click Add Filter.
  • In the top row, labeled From header:, make sure contains is selected in the pull-down menu.
  • Click in the text box next to that pull-down menu, then enter the address in the "From" line of your most recent Candlestick Forum newsletter.
  • At the bottom, where it says Move the message to:, select Inbox from the pull-down menu.
  • Click the Add Filter button again.

Hotmail

If you are using Hotmail, you can ensure that your Candlestick Forum newsletter is delivered to your Inbox by adding our "From" address to your Safe List. Here's how:

Open your Yahoo mailbox.
  • Click the Options tab.
  • Select Safe List. (It's under the heading Mail Handling.)
  • In the space provided, enter the address in the "From" line of your most recent Candlestick Forum newsletter.
  • Click Add.
  • When you see the address you entered in the Safe List box, click OK.

Others


Other popular email programs do not provide a quick way to ensure you receive our emails or newsletters. You may be able to contact your Internet Service Provider and ask them if there is a way to make certain our emails are not blocked.
