1. You had classified ADSX as a trading stock. can you tell me what it means?

2.Also please explain what buying on strength means. Is it the open price above yesterday close or increase after market has settled. I see some stocks that open a bit lower but then when market settled they increase in price.

Thanks
Mo

Our definition of trading stocks is one that you may be moving very fast in and out. We anticipate some more large percentage up move in the next few days. However, this also means that if we start seeing weakness
get all the position immediately.

Buying on strength means even if you see it all lower the next day, be prepared to buy it if it comes up through the previous day's close. That will indicate that the buyers are still coming into this position

Mo--

For a comprehensive look at buying on strength, check out Steve's e-book Profitable Candlestick Entry and Exit Strategies. It's got lots of other good stuff too.
