Any thoughts on SJW? I see a possible scoop pattern forming on the 20 dma after a few days of dojis? Also seems to have broken resistance at the $32.50 level. |

The 20, 50, and 200 dma all converging and the stock basically makes a doji today on very light volume. I don't know what to make of it, if anything. |
