I'm not looking for the holy grail; but, doing a visual search is extremely time consuming. Instead, using some kind of filter based upon some somewhat logic, would eliminate a lot of opportunities.

Most of the documentation I see refers to filtering stocks in the overbought/oversold areas and whose STOC is turning down/up. At that point, basically, you watch for the pattern and a confirmation.
